Our value creation process is built upon our "change capability," a core competency driven by three fundamental pillars: Talent, Technological Capabilities, and Creativity.
We define our "Talent" as the ability of our highly motivated people to collaborate and achieve ambitious goals as "Team CyberAgent." The core value of "Freedom and Self-Responsibility" that underpins many of our initiatives serves as a guiding principle to foster self-driven professionals. By empowering each employee to fully express their creativity and initiative, we maximize the vitality of our entire organization.
"Technological Capabilities" is our strength in leveraging technology to establish a competitive advantage for our services. The fundamental strength of our technology lies in our open and vibrant engineering culture, created by over 1,800 engineers (as of the end of September 2025), and our proactive investment in the latest technologies. In 2023, we declared our commitment to the full-scale use of generative AI.
This strategic move backs our engineers across all services and products to spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and unlock new business opportunities. By flexibly responding to market shifts and aggressively integrating new technologies, we accelerate innovation and ensure the continuous advancement of our technological prowess.
Our "Creativity" is the power to generate new and deliver new value to society. Throughout our history of launching and scaling numerous new ventures in-house, we have been guided by our mission statement: "Risk takers deserve second chances." This principle has cultivated a corporate culture that embraces failures, supported by a robust growth management system for new ventures and clear rule for withdrawal. Through these efforts, we have cultivated the creativity that leads to the growth of both our businesses and our people.

Business Model
With our Vision "To create the 21st century’s leading company," we have cultivated talent to lead our businesses in line with the changing times. Our business portfolio now encompasses the Internet Advertising Business, the Game Business, and the Media & IP Business, centered around ABEMA. Our growth has been consistently fueled by enhancing group-wide synergies. Looking ahead, we will concentrate the Group's full capabilities on the challenge of creating original IP to establish a more solid and sustainable revenue foundation.
